is de staatsradio al Common Purpose?

Tien seconden vanmorgen op de wekkerradio op radio 1, Mannelijke stem: “het Nationaal Dictee!” Vrouwelijke stem: “ja wat is dat eigenlijk, het nationaal dictee?” Radio uit.

Met name die vrouwelijke stem triggerde een schooljuffrouw associatie. Haar toon, de lulligheid van het onderwerp, de vorm (vraag) en de inhoud van haar woorden, waren alsof ze een schoolklas voor zich had.

Als je iets over mind control - subtiele beïnvloeding wilt leren, dan is Radio 1 de weg. Uit alles blijkt dat de praters in de studio binnen strakke kaders opereren.

Taal: Woorden worden subtiel vervangen door politiek correcte woorden – timmerman werd timmermens, EG later EU werd Europa, mankracht - menskracht, multicultureel wordt diversiteit (nu nog niet, maar let maar op) (ook toekomstig: nationaal wordt: regionaal en internationaal wordt globaal) Et cetera.

Onderwerpkeuze negatief: onderwerpen die niet in lijn zijn met de overheidsagenda worden simpelweg niet behandeld. Het niet berichten is de sterkste beïnvloeding. Dan gaan mensen echt denken dat het er niet is. Voorbeelden liggen dus aan de onzichtbare kant van het publieke domein: Pedofilie binnen de overheidstop, Joris Demmink, Common Purpose, de machinaties van de FIOD, de moordpartijen door Nederlandse soldaten gepleegd in Afghanistan, De Bilderberg conferenties, De dertien families, De werkelijke oorzaken achter de creditcrisis. Het feit dat de aarde al tien jaar niet meer opwarmt en zelfs afkoelt, et cetera.

Onderwerpkeuze positief. Voorbeelden liggen aan de bovenkant van het publieke domein: onderwerpen die wel in lijn zijn met de overheidsagenda worden uitvoerig uitgelicht: 70 procent van de tijd (vroeger eens gemeten) van Radio 1 wordt gebruikt voor onderwerpen binnen de collectieve sector. Over het algemeen worden klachten behandeld en de oplossingen zijn altijd gelegen in het geld dat erbij moet. Allereerst is Radio 1 dus de promotor van de collectieve sector. Het gaat voortdurend over scholen, verpleeghuizen, gemeenten, dingen in de wijken, jongeren dingetjes en natuurlijk niet te vergeten: het milieu. CO 2 wordt onveranderlijk gezien als het probleem. Autorijden is fout en moet zwaar worden belast. De trein wordt gepromoot. De interviewer komt vaak net uit de trein.

Verder wordt de particuliere kant uitgelicht. Bijvoorbeeld: de princesjes wel, maar niet Beatrix als vertegenwoordiger van Shell bij de Bilderberg Conferentie.

Een levensgrote uitzondering hierop is het programma Argos van de VPRO.

Nu bekijken hoever Common Purpose al in Hilversum is doorgedrongen. Dat gaat Argos niet overleven durf ik te voorspellen.

A large number of Britian’s psychologist, social workers and police get their training at Tavistock. Tavistock has set themselves up as the authority on ritual abuse and MPD (DID). Right!

Waarom is onderzoek naar Common Purpose eigenlijk belangrijk?

Ja, waarom? Nu, allereerst omdat aan het licht brengen van het duistere altijd belangrijk is. Niet omdat licht belangrijk is, maar omdat het duistere kennelijk het daglicht niet verdragen kan.

Daglicht is dus voldoende! Het geweer kan in de kast blijven.

Klaarheid kan verdoken structuren zoals Common Purpose doen verdwijnen als sneeuw voor de zon. Gut feeling brancht me bij Common Purpose. Ik heb een trainingsbureau gehad en heb ondervonden dat je niet zomaar even de cruciale leidinggevenden, met een specifiek profiel binnen een bepaalde regio in je training hebt zitten. Dat is schier onmogelijk.

Helemaal moeilijk wordt het als je dit probeert zonder enige vorm van publiciteit.

Als dat op grote schaal lukt, dan zijn er krachten van een andere orde in het spel.

Vervolgens bleek dat Common Purpose zich in Engeland volledig richt op steden. Binnen die steden gaan ze kijken naar leidinggevenden met een mandaat. Het mandaat is primair, de organisatie is secundair.

Dit is slim, want zodra je deze mensen met elkaar in contact brengt en gedeelde ervaring meegeeft, dan kun je invloed uitoefenen op een regionaal, sociaal netwerk ZONDER dat een commitment nodig is van de organisatie waarin de deelnemers actief zijn, of zonder een democratisch proces. Zelf noemt Common Purpose dit principe : “leading beyond authority”.

Dit sociale netwerk wordt nog eens verstevigd door de Chatham House Rules.

OK, maar wat dan nog? Zou iemand kunnen vragen.

Een domme vraag eigenlijk, want als invloedrijke personen binnen de overheid dingen in het geheim aan het bekokstoven zijn, dan kun je ervan uit gaan dat die dingen niet in jouw belang zijn. Dan moet je dat gaan onderzoeken.

Er zijn een aantal dingen aan de hand, maar ik zal me concentreren op het belangrijkste: Common Purpose opereert uitsluitend binnen sociale netwerken. Zowel “forward” als “backward”.

Met forward bedoel ik het netwerk van leidinggevenden dat door CP beinvloed en gefaciliteerd wordt. Hiermee oefent CP dus indirect invloed uit op het volk.

Met backward bedoel ik het sociale netwerk waar de CP initiatiefnemers weer deel van uitmaken. Dit is het netwerk waar de “agenda” voor CP van afkomstig is.

Zodra zo’n forward sociaal, functioneel (en naar de inhoud geheim) netwerk een feit is, hebben de initiatiefnemers met Common Purpose dus een vehikel neergezet waarmee ze een agenda kunnen doorvoeren zonder dat iemand het ziet! De normale juridische, economische en politieke structuren staan immers buiten spel.

In Engeland heeft Common Purpose dit gedaan met 45 kantoren in 45 steden. En ze zijn erin geslaagd dit grotendeels buiten de grote media te houden.

Dit terwijl veel graduates binnen grote mediaorganisaties te vinden zijn. De BBC heeft er 400.

Common Purpose concentreert zich (forward) op de repressieve lokale of regionale macht: de politie, het OM, het leger, de belastingdienst en de gemeente. En verder op de zorg, de banken, ondernemersorganisaties, vakbonden, de media en het onderwijs.

De focus op scholen blijkt in Engeland heel duidelijk. Het is daar gemakkelijk om langs de lijn van de “pro EU boodschap” te zoeken naar mogelijke CP graduates. En de scholen zitten er vol mee. Vroege beïnvloeding vinden ze kennelijk belangrijk.

Backward sociaal is natuurlijk lastiger te onderzoeken. Daarbij is het belangrijk niet direct de verzanden in conspiracy theories. Nu, die conspiracies zijn er wel, maar we houden het bij facts.
Sociale verbanden met de Engelse regering, met de Royal Institute of International Affairs, met de Trilateral Commision, met de Council on Foreign Relations, met de European Council on Foreign Relations, met de EU, met de VN, met de Worldbank en met de Club van Rome zijn aangetoond.

Naar de functionaliteit van die verbanden moeten we nu nog deels raden. Ze zijn immers niet geformaliseerd. Ze worden zelfs in de charters van CP ontkend.

Ik ga er volledig van uit dat formalisering niet de bedoeling is. Daarbij constateer ik dat de activiteiten van Common Purpose volledig in lijn zijn met de bekende regionale agenda van de EU en de andere organisaties die ik genoemd heb. Het is een agenda die je zou kunnen kenschetsen als Fabian socialistisch. Blair's "third way". Men wil met CP een systeem van sociale controle opzetten binnen een corporatistisch, collectivistisch model.

Nogmaals, waarom is onderzoek en actie belangrijk? Omdat de sluipende activiteiten van Common Purpose een grote rol zullen spelen bij het tot stand brengen van voor de staat noodzakelijke repressieve structuren. Ik verwacht dat, als we niet opletten, we op een dag beroofd van onze vrijheden wakker zullen worden. Dan is het wel te laat.

Overigens ben ik er zeker dat een belangrijk deel van de betrokkenen bij CP helemaal niet in de gaten hebben wat er speelt. Wellicht zijn ze zelf slachtoffer.

In Engeland zijn er al counsellors actief om ex CP “leden” met mentale problemen bij te staan.

Met monseigneur Velo besprak ik de mogelijkheid dat mevrouw Swaab wellicht niet ingewijd zou zijn. We concludeerden beiden van wel. Maar ze is misschien wel vals voorgelicht.

Note: het hexagram wordt in verband met de dertien families allereerst –i.p.v. Joods Symbool - gezien als het Great Seal of Salomon.

In de tweede plaats als exclusief symbool voor de familie Rothschild. De naam komt van het rode hexagram dat voor het bankkantoor van Mayer Amschel Rothschild in Frankfurt hing. Beweerd wordt dat de Israelische vlag eigenlijk het wapen van de Rotschilds draagt.

Ten derde wordt het gezien als Vrijmetselaarssymbool (soort ying/yang)

Common Purpose plaatst dit verdoken in haar logo en verklaart in haar charters dat ze “no historical or other allegiance to any other group” hebben.

De Bank of England is historisch gezien - en tegenwoordig nog steeds - een Rothschild operation. Verder is de ontstaansgeschiedenis van de bank sterk verweven met de Freemasons. Logish dat ze het hexagram links naast de queen plaatsen op hun biljetten.

de onafhankelijke courant is dood - leve het NRC

……. ben ik van plan om op zeer korte termijn een onafhankelijke Tijdelijke Commissie Innovatie Pers te benoemen. Deze commissie vraag ik om binnen enkele maanden met een concreet advies te komen over innovatie in de pers en de wijze waarop deze het beste gestimuleerd kan worden. De samenstelling van de commissie en de onderzoeksopdracht en -vragen wil ik mede in overleg met de sector vaststellen, maar ik stel mij voor dat oplossingen voor knelpunten rond journalistieke informatie op internet en de eigen verantwoordelijkheid van persondernemingen voor innovatie daarbij aan de orde komen. Wanneer de commissie met een goed en werkbaar advies komt ben ik bereid op basis van artikel 128 van de Mediawet (waarbij ik dan alleen de inkomsten van de Ster zal betrekken) op zoek te gaan naar middelen om de innovatie daadwerkelijk te stimuleren.

Het model : Problem – Reaction -Solution in the works.

Problem: de kranten zijn op sterven na dood.
Reaction (volk): Er moet iets gebeuren, wan anders hebben we straks geen “onafhankelijke” kranten meer.
Solution: De overheid gaat bijspringen, met een (Orwelliaanse bijvoeglijke naamwoorden) “onafhankelijke, tijdelijke” commissie - en met Ster inkomsten.

Meesterzet: draagvlak Ster inkomsten veiligstellen.

Helaas: NRC Handelsblad wordt gereanimeerd en is straks officieel een staatscourant.

Ik zat ernaast. Ze gaat overleven. Wel met geroofd geld. Dat wel. D'r zijn ook teveel ambtenaren die NRC lezen in de eerste klasse.

En media zijn naast onderwijs een pijler onder een systeem van mind control.

Common Purpose en de Chatham House Rules

The rules: "When a meeting, or part thereof, is held under the Chatham House Rule, participants are free to use the information received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speaker(s), nor that of any other participant, may be revealed".

De Engelse Common Purpose meetings vallen onder deze regel.

Participanten, (graduates) vormen een netwerk dat naar de inhoud bezien, per definitie een geheim netwerk is. Er is geen agenda, er zijn geen minutes, er mag mondeling niets naar buiten komen.

Feitelijk zijn de leden ook niet open over het bestaan van het netwerk zelf.

Hoewel Common Purpose wel duidelijk aangeeft dat het neerzetten van netwerken een doelstelling is van de organisatie.

De leden “graduates” zijn voornamelijk leidinggevenden binnen cruciale overheidsorganisaties.

Leden van verschillende organisaties zitten in dezelfde meeting. Zo kan het dus gebeuren dat leden van Common Purpose aan het stuur aan het draaien zijn zonder dat collega’s en superioren dit weten.

Wie heeft de behoefte zijn acties geheim te houden? Uiteraard wie de belangen van anderen wil schenden. Die zal zwijgen.

En als hij spreekt, dan gebruikt hij verhullende woorden. Politiek correcte, nietszeggende woorden.

Leaders in "the post democratic era" zullen particulieren en ondernemers toch een armpje op de rug moeten draaien. Dat moet geleerd worden. En het geleerde moet gedeeld worden met gelijkgestemden. Niet met de buitenwereld. Die krijgen het rookgordijn.

Common Purpose UK CEO Julia Middleton heeft: "niets te maken met de regering"

Ze blijkt alleen maar eindverantwoordelijk voor de selectie van personeel.

Concreet: Head of Personnel Selection in the office of John Prescott, the Deputy Prime Minister.

Functie die ze nergens vermeldt, ook niet op haar CP site. Wordt ook nergens vermeld in de main stream media.

In Nederland is men nog diep in slaap. De couranten zwijgen, een (1) klein berichtje in FD over Common Purpose. Mass mind control begint bij selectieve berichtgeving. In Engeland wordt echter flink geageerd tegen CP. (berichten worden daar overigens ook zorgvuldig uit de media gehouden - dit terwijl de BBC 400 CP ers in haar staff heeft) Ze zijn daar meer dan 22 jaar actief en hebben 24.000 "leaders" getraind. Het land is in de tien jaar onder Blair omgevormd tot een totalitaire politiestaat. Mensen gaan zich verzetten.

Stichting Common Purpose Nederland is gevestigd in de burelen van compliance koning, Price Waterhouse Coopers in Amsterdam aan de Zuidas. Ze zijn sinds 2002 actief.

Op de site van de PvdA Amsterdam niets over CP. In Engeland is bekend dat CP graduates vaak liegen over hun betrekkingen met CP. Ik weet nog niet hoe het hier zit. Tot nu toe lijkt het niet best.

De teloorgang van NRC Handelsblad

Vroeger las ik ‘m dagelijks. Het was tot tien jaar terug een leuke krant. Liberaal, niet zuur, wat elitair. Prettig aan de ogen ook.

Nu is het NRC verworden tot het blaadje van de nette conformist. Het is de spreekbuis van het Openbaar Ministerie en de Nederlandse staat in het algemeen.

Berichten in lijn met de agenda van de overheid worden geplaatst en uitvergroot. Berichten in strijd met de PR van de staat worden domweg niet geplaatst.

Vaak zelfs speelt de krant een partijtje mee met het verspreiden van aperte leugens ter ondersteuning van de staats PR.

Leuk voorbeeld is de zaak Joris Demmink, SG van het OM. NRC Handelsblad wist te melden dat uit onderzoek bleek dat Demmink niets te verwijten viel “brandschoon” , terwijl er feitelijk geen onderzoek is gedaan!

NRC weet wat goed voor u is!

Wel een domme leugen lijkt me want de stukken, aangiften incluis, staan op internet! Er is en karrevracht aan informatie over Demmink.

Lux et Libertas? Duisternis en slavernij komen eerder als we deze apparatchiks verder laten pennen, mocht u het mij vragen.

Het probleem is dat men denkt zich te kunnen informeren door een courant op te slaan of de treurbuis op te zetten. Dit gaat dus niet meer.

De gratis kranten zijn, voor zover ik heb kunnen achterhalen, wel onafhankelijk en niet gelijkgeschakeld met de overheid. Ze doen wel wat zeer aan de ogen helaas. De Pers kent een redelijk kwalitatieve maar risicoloze berichtgeving. Wel hebben ze Balkenende eens ontmaskerd als stiekeme billenknijpert. Dat wel. NRC Volks. etc. schreven er niet over (non issue).

De oude kranten zijn allen gelijkgeschakeld.

De stichting Democratie en Media is eigenaresse van PCM en deze club is weer eigenaresse van NRC, Volkskrant, Parool, Trouw.

Els Swaab is voorzitter van deze stichting. Zij is tevens bestuursvoorzitter van de organisatie Common Purpose. Een aan de EU, de ECFR (zie note 1) en het Royal Institute of International Affairs gelieerde organisatie die "leaders voor de post democratic era” rekruteert en facilteert. In de UK wordt zwaar gerekruteerd in de lokale repressieve macht. Politie, Justitie, Leger, Douane, Belastingdienst en andere cruciale lokale overheidsdepartementen.

In Amsterdam hebben meer dan 120 mensen geparticipeerd in het “Matrix programma” (echt, zo heet het!) van deze club. In de kolommen van de "kwalitatieve" Nederlandse couranten van mevrouw Swaab kunt u tevergeefs naar berichten over Common Purpose speuren. Belangrijker dan wat er wel in de Pravda stond is wat er niet in te lezen viel.

Hiermee hebben we dus een krankzinnig tweede voorbeeld van de teloorgang van NRC Handelsblad.

Gewoon mondje dicht terwijl mensen als Geert Mak, Job Cohen, Felix Rottenberg Arthur Docters van Leeuwen (AFM), Tom de Swaan (ABN Amro), Alexander Rinnooy Kan (ING), Pieter Tordoir (Kamer van Koophandel Amsterdam), Reurt Gisolf (vml. Rechtbank Amsterdam), Sijbolt Noorda (UvA), Jelle Kuipers (Politie), John Leerdam (Tweede Kamer), Erik Gerritsen (gemeentesecretaris Amsterdam) actief bij de programma’s betrokken zijn.

De krant weet beter wat goed voor u is. Zegt u dat abootje op even op?

NRC - heeft naar mijn smaak het grootste Pravda gehalte, direct daarna volgt natuurlijk de Volkskrant met Broertjes als hoofdredacteur (over 9/11: "Ik geloof alleen Bush.") (vriendje koningshuis) (Bilderberger?) en vervolgens de Telegraaf (met overheidsagent Sjuul Paradijs als hoofdredacteur).

Trouw – heeft wel een dissidente columnist, maar is verder naar mijn smaak zeer politiek correct.

FD – geen idee – ik zoek soms nieuws in die krant maar ze leggen de vinger maar nooit op de zere plek.

Ik lees momenteel de Telegraph on line , de Daily Mail en de Independent. Bij de laatste in ieder geval de stukken van Robert Fisk. Beste journalist op aarde.

Note 1: na vragen hierover: CFR staat voor Council on Foreign Relations. De club is door o.a. Rockefeller in de jaren ‘20 opgericht en is opgezet om een globale agenda “weg te zetten” in de zichtbare politiek. Brezinski heeft veel zitten schaven aan de CFR. Cheney is een tijd voorzitter geweest. Mensen zijn vaak verbaasd als ik ze vertel dat alle Bushes lid zijn, of lid zijn geweest. Maar ook Obama komt uit de CFR. De productie van censuur door de Reclame Code Commissie

Reclame Code Commissie directeur Prisca Ancion, VEA directeur Frans Blanchard en Toine Manders directeur van het Haags Juristen College in gesprek bij Mediazaken van BNR.

Aanleiding voor de discussie was het verbod door de Reclame Code Commissie van de spot van het Haags Juristen College waarin belasting diefstal wordt genoemd.

Na klachten over deze spot heeft de commissie geoordeeld dat de uiting in strijd is met het fatsoen en de goede smaak. Het HJC is vervolgens in beroep gegaan en trok deze keer aan het kortste eind doordat de commissie – zelfde leden als in eerste aanleg! - deze keer de draai maakte naar “in strijd met de waarheid”.

Manders wees erop dat er bij een verbod sprake is van censuur. Ancion en Blanchard verdedigden zich door te stellen dat er geen sprake is van censuur omdat de uiting wel eerst gedaan mocht worden en pas achteraf verboden werd. Dit is echter een min of meer militaire definitie van censuur. De definitie waarbij een uiting eerst beoordeeld moet worden voordat deze gepubliceerd wordt is vergezocht. Dit wordt alleen toegepast in gevangenissen en in militaire dictaturen.

Materieel is er in dit geval natuurlijk wel sprake van censuur omdat een verbod natuurlijk altijd over de toekomst gaat. De uiting in het verleden heeft voor de censor gediend als referentie, waar de militair het publicatievoorstel als referentie zou gebruiken. Zowel de imaginaire militair als mevrouw Ancion gaan over tot dezelfde actie: een verbod voor de toekomst.

Blanchards verdediging was verder dat er geen sprake is van censuur omdat de commissie wordt bevolkt door de adverteerders. Geen argument natuurlijk. Adverteerders kunnen ook censureren in opdracht van de overheid. Belangrijker is het nog dat de staat zendgemachtigden verplicht zich te houden aan “aanbevelingen” van mevrouw Ancion. De sensor is dus uiteindelijk toch de staat.

Manders verdedigde zich met de rede, maar collaborateurs zijn niet geïnteresseerd in feiten en stellen dat “we dit met z’n allen nu eenmaal zo hebben afgesproken” en kletsen er omheen en doorheen.

Ook de presentatrice was mild voor haar sponsor, de heer Blanchard. Helaas waren drie van de aanwezigen de woorden aan het spreken van wie hen voeden.

Manders kondigde aan verder te strijden bij de rechter en eventueel het Europees Hof.

In zijn commentaar in NRC van 20 maart voegt de positie van “ de burger” ten tijde van de Nachtwakersstaat moeiteloos bij die ten tijde van de koningen.

Zuurmond stelt dat er tegenwoordig een spanning is tussen klassieke en sociale grondrechten.

Zijn betoog komt er kortweg op neer dat privacyrechten niet opportuun zijn in een verzorgingstaat. Misbruik moet immers worden voorkomen.

Ik voeg daar graag van Dun’s positie van de Burger als onderdeel van de staat aan toe.

Vanmorgen minder gelachen bij het ontbijt. Ik pijnigde mijn hersens met de vraag welk syndroom de heer Vahl lijdt.

Lijdt mijnheer aan het stockholm-syndroom, waarbij het gegijzelde zich meer en meer positief gaat identificeren met de gijzelnemer, of lijdt hij aan het klassieke prisoners syndrome, waarbij de patiënt de gegeven (negatieve situatie) irrationeel blijft verdedigen.

Juist in het vakgebied van de controller is de staat een “derde” partij die niets kwalitatiefs bijdraagt en uitsluiten dwingend compliance maatregelen op weet te leggen.

Ik zou mijnheer willen vragen eens een gedachteoefening te willen doen met het stellen van de vraag wat het voor zijn vakgebied zou betekenen als de staat zich zou terugtrekken.

Wat mij betreft zou dit in beginsel het verschil betekenen tussen een primaire focus op de inzet van gegevens ter verantwoording en de primaire inzet van gegevens ter optimalisering van bedrijfsprocessen.

Verantwoording zou dan een gezondere secundaire of tertiaire positie in gaan nemen.

Aanhangers van de belastingthese zoals Wouter Bos of Flip de Kam blijven stellen dat niet zozeer de staat wordt benadeeld als mensen belasting ontwijken of ontduiken, maar dat andere belastingplichtigen worden benadeeld.

Ze gaan uit van de onuitgesproken stelling dat de staat nu eenmaal inkomsten nodig heeft om haar uitgaven te dekken. Het huishoudboekje moet immers kloppen.

Flip de Kam ging dit weekeinde heel ver. Hij rekende zijn lezer voor hoeveel de belastingen omlaag kunnen als alle verwegen inkomsten werden opgegeven.

Ik zwijg verder over de kwaliteit van de hypothese. Alsof dit een mogelijke reactie van ambtenaren zou kunnen zijn.

Belangrijker is dat 1. volgens deze redenering allereerst niet de inkomsten maatgevend zijn voor het kloppend krijgen van het huishoudboekje, maar de uitgaven. En 2. dat die uigaven worden gedaan ten gunste van “de burger”.

De overheid als een soort godgegeven instelling van boven ons gestelden die kan bepalen wat zij nodig heeft.

Gezonder is het de staat te beschouwen als de rechtspersoon die ze feitelijk is. Een rechtspersoon met haar eigen doelstellingen. En dat die doelstellingen niet noodzakelijk samenvallen met die van het individu.

Een dergelijke principiële beoordeling zou de staat niet overleven.

Ze zou als rechtspersoon tussen anderen verantwoording moeten afleggen over de waarde die toevoegt aan het leven van andere rechtspersonen. Ze zou die waarde bovendien VOORAF moeten verantwoorden. Zoals ieder mens en ieder bedrijf dat doet.

Ze zou het risico moeten nemen dat anderen afzien van de deal en met een ander in zee gaan.
Voorts moet ze zich blootstellen aan dezelfde rechtsregels als ieder andere rechtspersoon. Mannen met pistolen langsturen om onwillige klanten te dwingen is er dan niet meer bij.

Reactie op artikel Flip de Kam

Flip de Kam bepleitte in zijn artikel van afgelopen zaterdag het
beperken van belastingfaciliteiten van ondernemers. Zijn stuk gaat uit
van de premisse dat Nederland ?zindert van de ondernemingslust? omdat
het fiscaal voordelig zou zijn je baan op te geven, je in te schrijven
bij de Kamer van Koophandel en voortaan als ondernemer door het leven
te gaan. De Kam claimt dat dit de overheid jaarlijks 4 miljard euro
kost.

Onze kritiek op het stuk van De Kam spitst zich toe op twee punten. In
de eerste plaats kloppen zijn cijfers niet. Hij stelt dat het
belastingvoordeel van de ondernemer 10 procentpunten bedraagt, zowel
bij een inkomen van ?30.000 als van ?100.000. In werkelijkheid gaat
het om 7 procentpunten bij een inkomen van ?30.000, en om 2
procentpunten bij een inkomen van ?100.000. De besparing op premies
voor WIA, WW en pensioen bedraagt respectievelijk 19 procentpunten en
13 procentpunten, maar aangezien hier tegenover staat dat de
ondernemer zijn risico op arbeidsongeschiktheid, werkloosheid en het
behalen van de pensioenleeftijd zelf moet dragen of verzekeren, is het
onterecht om te stellen dat ?de fiscus ondernemers ? in vergelijking
met werknemers ? in de watten legt? zoals De Kam doet. Wij concluderen
dus dat het artikel van De Kam geen financieel fundament kent. Zijn
stellingen over het draagvlak voor de belastingheffing en de geclaimde
kosten snijden dan ook geen hout.

In de tweede plaats lijkt De Kam in zijn betoog te streven naar een
cijfermatige gelijkschakeling van de ondernemer met de werknemer, maar
hij gaat hiermee volledig voorbij aan allerlei aanvullende lasten die
de overheid aan de ondernemer oplegt. Ondernemers hebben
boekhoudplicht en moeten voldoen aan een hoeveelheid
(compliance)regels die groot genoeg is om vele bibliotheken mee te
vullen. Het aantal adviesuren dat de ondernemer moet inkopen bij
fiscalisten, accountants en andere adviseurs om enigszins wegwijs te
worden in het oerwoud van regels is in Nederland vele malen hoger dan
in omringende landen. Verder wordt de ondernemer gebruikt als een
onvrijwillige en onbezoldigde belastingambtenaar voor het incasseren
van o.a. BTW, loonbelasting, WW, WIA, ZvW en pensioenpremies,
accijnzen en invoerrechten. De staat wentelt incassorisico?s op
ondernemers af, bijvoorbeeld door ketenaansprakelijkheid en
inlenersaansprakelijkheid. Ook worden ondernemers benadeeld doordat de
contractvrijheid sterk is beperkt, bijvoorbeeld door de dwingende
bepalingen in het arbeidrecht, die met zich mee brengen dat werknemers
die zich ziek melden nog twee jaar moeten worden doorbetaald, en dat
ontslag alleen bij zeer grove misdragingen kan plaatsvinden zonder een
?ontslagvergoeding.? Wij vinden het dan ook niet meer dan redelijk dat
de ondernemer hiervoor fiscaal wordt gecompenseerd.

Wij stellen ons op het standpunt dat een cijfermatig
gelijkheidsstreven onrechtvaardig is en zwaar in het nadeel uitpakt
voor de ondernemer. Uiteraard verwerpen we op grond van voornoemde
feiten de gesuggereerde beperking van de belastingfaciliteiten van
ondernemers. Dit zou immers de positie van de ondernemer verder

Belastingontwijking gemakkelijker door verdrag met Emiraten

Den Haag – "Nederlandse ondernemers kunnen dankzij dit verdrag gemakkelijker gebruik maken van het aantrekkelijke fiscale- en ondernemingsklimaat van Dubai." Dat is de reactie van Toine Manders van het Haags Juristen College.

Manders: "Dit is een verdere bijdrage aan het al solide imago van het land. Belastingparadijzen hebben vaak weinig meer te bieden dan lage belastingen. Meestal gaan landen met hoge belastingen er niet snel toe over om verdragen te sluiten met belastingparadijzen. Dubai heeft door haar florerende economie niet het stigma van een belastingparadijs, maar is het feitelijk wel. Dubai kent geen inkomstenbelasting, vennootschapsbelasting, vermogensbelasting, vermogenswinstbelasting, schenkingsrechten, successierechten of BTW. Dubai kent überhaupt nauwelijks belastingen omdat de overheid erg klein is."

De afwezigheid van deze belastingen maakt Dubai natuurlijk aantrekkelijk voor ondernemers die belasting willen ontwijken. Door het vestigen van een vennootschap in Dubai kunnen ondernemers hun vermogen beschermen tegen de schade die wordt aangericht door Europese belastingdiensten.

Het is juist de combinatie van een aantrekkelijk fiscaal klimaat met een flexibel ondernemings- en investeringsklimaat dat het land een vloedgolf aan constructieve economische activiteiten heeft aangetrokken. Al jarenlang is de economische groei van Dubai zo'n 16%. Daar kan ook de Nederlandse overheid niet omheen. Ook wij geloven in Dubai en hebben sinds vorig jaar een vestiging op Dubai voor onze trustactiviteiten."
